Made To Order (MTO) Articles
Non-ReturnableAll Made to Order (MTO) products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as these pieces are specially crafted only after your order is placed.
Return Eligibility
All other orders are eligible for return, subject to the conditions below. Please note that approved refunds are issued exclusively as Coupon Credit, redeemable for future purchases on our website and at our retail store.
- The product must be unused, intact, and returned in its original condition.
- All original labels, tags and price tags must be attached.
- You must contact our Customer Support within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp, email or phone call.
- Products that are damaged, altered, worn or tampered with will not be eligible for return.
- Products purchased under a Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer are not eligible for return, refund or exchange — this promotion applies only to the complete set of three products.
We kindly request you review the product details, size guide and order information carefully before completing your purchase.
Quality Check & Refund Process
- During Sale Periods, all approved returns are processed only as a Credit Coupon, usable for future purchases on our website.
- Once your returned product reaches our facility, it undergoes a thorough Quality Check (QC).
- Coupon Credit is issued only after the product successfully passes QC.
- If the product does not meet our return and QC criteria, the coupon credit request may be declined.
- Once cleared, Coupon Credit is issued within 24–48 working hours.
Highest Discount Category Products
Products sold under our "Highest Discount" category (items discounted 50% or more) are offered at specially reduced prices and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Exception: If a product from the Highest Discount Category arrives damaged, or an incorrect product is delivered, a return request may be considered only after internal investigation.
Please note — all our products are video recorded during packing for quality and verification. Approval of such requests is subject to verification, and any discrepancies found may lead to rejection of the return/refund request.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- For prepaid orders, refunds are processed as per our standard refund timeline.
- Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- Orders that are already processed, dispatched, or Made to Order cannot be cancelled.
Faulty Or Defective Items
You may return products for exchange if they are faulty due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. To ensure efficient resolution and maintain product quality, returns for the same recurring issue are limited to two times per item.
