Everything you need to know about returns, exchanges and how we ship your order.
In Case Of A Return Or Exchange
- The product should be in the same condition as received, with all tags intact.
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
- Returns or exchanges must be notified to us within 3 days of receiving the product.
- For exchanges, we issue a Coupon Code that can be used any time within 6 months from the date of issue.
- Once the returned item is processed, you can choose a Coupon Code for the amount or exchange it for another product.
- Made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.
- Size exchanges and coupon code processing take 10–15 days to complete.

Eligible For Return
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Note: Any returned item that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own expense. No amount will be reimbursed in such cases.
If you purchased from a retail store or a third-party website other than kshamatextiles.com, your enquiry must be made directly with that retailer.
Credit Note
All items purchased from our website can be returned for a Coupon Code within 3 days from the date of delivery. The full amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited as a coupon code.
How To Use Your Credit Note
Once you receive your credit note code from us, you can apply it at checkout on our website. On the checkout page, enter the code in the "Coupon Code" field and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected immediately and deducted from your order total.
