In no event shall Kshama Textiles, or any parties or entities associated with the brand, be liable for any damages whatsoever — including incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, damage to computer hardware, loss of data, or business interruption — resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Disclaimer For Plus Size Products

• For plus size (3XL, 4XL, 5XL) made-to-order products, we require a minimum of 10% prepayment of the product value.
• No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of placing the order.
• If the customer declines to accept the product after 24 hours, the advance prepayment will not be applicable toward any coupon code.
